Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet exceeded all expectations!! The staff was our favourite part of the stay. All members were extremely friendly and made a big effort to remembering you and even your name. They were always smiling, always happy to help, and always open for a chat. The food was absolutely amazing!! We didn't even use our al-a carte restaurant option because we simply loved all the food choices at the buffet. I am celiac and the way the resort dealt with allergens was superb. All allergens were indicated for each dish and they even provided me with freshly made gluten free bread and pancakes, when I wanted. The rooms were fabulous! Extremely clean and spacious. The beach was clean and quiet and our favourite spot to relax. There was also a fun animation team without being too pushy! If you wanted, you could do activities all day long. We enjoyed yoga and pilates on the beach as well as archery and darts! We simply can't recommend Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet enough!

The établissement is beautiful, modern with a touch of traditional. The location is amazing only a couple of walking minutes away from the port of Yasmin Hammamet. The staff and the service in general is exceptional. From reception, portiers, security, guest relations to restaurant staff they are all amazing - always with a big smile on their faces and very helpful. Our room was huge and more than perfect for our family (we were upgraded for free to a two room suite with a gorgeous view over the pool side). A special thanks to the chief of Animation who was very helpful, always present and played the best music in the evening!

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!

The service was fantastic- every person that works at the hotel is friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the food very good. The pool is lovely with very comfy sun beds. The indoor pool and spa also great. We would highly recommend.

Everything went well at Le Sultan. Flawless pickup and delivery to the airport. Nice room. Good indoor and outdoor pools. When a Viator day trip to Carthage got cancelled on me guess what Le Sultan did? On that day, they got one of their staff to drive me to Sisi Bousaid, then took me to Carthage, and finally Tunis and the Medina! In short, Tarek at Le Sultan became my own private Viator, setting up tours for me when local operators did not work. Exceptional service. By the way this all inclusive is great value for money! I know nothing even remotely as budget friendly except maybe some all-inclusives in Cuba. But the food at the buffets here is better. One piece of advice: if you want to do anything outside the resort like maybe buy lunch or souvenirs on a day tour, get Tunisian money at the airport, because the ATM at the resort doesn't work and nearby ones are a good walk away. But they take cards for everything, so that isn't really much of an issue. I recommend this resort heartily it's got everything and at a great price!

We choosed this hotel for its central location, very close to the beach, to all local attractions like Medina, many local restaurants, taxi and bus station, many shops all walking distance, we were looking for a hotel with easy access by walking to city centre, and this was the best choice. I really recommend, do not stay in hotels just on the beach, is far from everything, hotel Residence Hammamet is a best choice if you want to feel the atmotphere or the city.

We got upgraded to Royal Bel Azur. The hotel is a very-good 5 stars hotel with all the amneties. I definetly recommend the rooms quality, the swimming pools (hot sea water), the contact with the recepction staff,... For the SPA, the booking should be done in advance or the 1st day of the booking to guarantee a place

Some parts of the town to be avoided such as Hammamet Yasmin...

Some parts of the town to be avoided such as Hammamet Yasmin which are sterile resorts. Talking to other visitors we heard that none of the 'all in' holidays provided good food. We were very disappointed at the Zodiac where we stopped for a few days.

Being close to the Medina was good, giving us restaurant options and access to shopping of local crafts. Also traveling to Hammamet and beaches was easy with taxis which were readily available and well-priced

This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries...

This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries I have ever had!) with most tourist activities centered around the Africa Jade hotel and surrounding area. People are extremely friendly and helpful and the city has a very relaxed vibe. Short drive to Nabeul (25 mins) where there is a ton of shopping/restaurants/cultural activities. About an hour and a half by car to Tunis. For a getaway, it is perfect and the town and region are home to some of the best spices and produce (citrus, strawberries, tomatoes) in the country. I speak limited French and Arabic and everyone went out of their way to assist me. Not a ton "to do" unless you're at the hotel or the beach (fabulous beaches!) but for a little getaway or R&R, can't be beat.

Hammamet Sud is a lovely area to stay, lovely coffee shops, Eldarados was our favourite, toasties, sandwiches, citronnade, crepes- all delicious. So many lovely restaurants- Da Noi and Sabrina’s were our favourites.

We were family of 2 adults and 2 kids we have got nice connected rooms with beautiful sea view and huge smart TV the rooms are very clean and neat The staff are very respectful and helpful i would like to thank every staff in the restaurent , around the pool and by the beach for the excellent service and hospitality.i would like to thank the manager Mr ALI who accommodated us and made our stay unforgettable.

Tunis itself is worth a short visit.

Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

We wanted a short break including a visit to the Kelibia...

We wanted a short break including a visit to the Kelibia fort and coast. This accommodation was perfect, we had a good restful night and could travel on refreshed. Being so quiet, no noise, traffic etc. only the sound of waves was marvellous.

Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices.

Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.
