There was an unsolved problem with the bathroom and they changed our room. Help with carrying our unpacked bags that evening would have been even nicer. The morning staff and reception were particularly friendly and when we returned unexpectedly that night again, the receptionist and staff were very kind and helpful. The Hike to the Fort was amazing , do Bravely wander around the fort and discover you will love it and you will find a clean areas to swim as The Beach side with an easy access was dirty and the city was dirty as well which made us wanna walk fast and take less pictures, it is sad because the beauty of the nature around this place is amazing and the city is not putting the effort to match its surroundings.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

I made a reservation for 2 adults approximately two weeks...
I made a reservation for 2 adults approximately two weeks prior. Upon arrival, I was demanded by the management to secure and pay for a 2nd room because co-habitation between foreigners and Tunisian Nationals was not allowed, and that this intent would be reported to the police. I stated to the management that those terms were not specified, and I would not be paying for a 2nd room. The manager canceled the reservation and we left. Not before charging the full rate of the reservation to my credit card. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to foreign travelers.Guest review byRyan M.United States
