Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. I really enjoyed my time at the Hoi An Babylon Hotel ! Breakfast is included with the cost of the stay, as well as bicycles to make getting to downtown Hoi An easy (it’s about a 5-10 minute bike ride). The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu was the best I’ve had in Vietnam! So many options and so delicious! The staff were so kind and accommodating and did everything to make sure I had everything I needed. The pool is also very nice! Thank you, Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel for making my time in Hoi An memorable!

What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.

Everything. Check-in - Excellent. Inviting and efficient. Room - Excellent. Super comfortable, spacious, smelt wonderful. We also were given a free room upgrade. Loved our room. Housekeeping service the room every day and come back in the late afternoon to refill your water bottles, refresh your towels if needed, turn down the bed and close the curtains. Super comfortable beds. Facilities - beautiful surroundings that encourage a sense of relaxation. I especially enjoy the pool area and spa. There is also a gym with everything you need for a workout. Staff - 10/10. The staff are conscientious, friendly, helpful. They actually go out of their way to ensure your stay is what you want to make it. We extended our stay from 3 to 8 nights. Highly recommend choosing the Almanity. It is also a 5-10 minute walk into the old quarter. Close to amazing "Phi Banh Mi" and Vegetarian restaurant "Minh Kien". Literally a walk across the road and down a bustling back street 😀

Everything exceeded our expectations! We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids under 5), and the private villa was perfect for our stay. We stayed in Villa 8212, which was beautifully maintained and super comfortable. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, helpful, and worked together like a true team. The villa had everything we needed, and it was all in great working order—especially the air conditioning and the private pool, which were standout features for us. We loved the resort facilities too—gym, spa, main pool, both bars—everything was easy and relaxing to use. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety that set us up perfectly for each day. Highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time and would absolutely return! A perfect base for Hoi An in Luxury!

The resort is just minutes away from Hoi An and it is a great base to explore this beautiful ancient town. The resort is fantastic with a very nice beach, pristine sea, beautiful swimming pool, comfortable rooms, good restaurants and beautiful garden. I just loved everything here! The staff was very helpful and friendly; everyone did an outstanding job! I would like to thank ladies at the reception for fulfilling all our requests. If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

The old town of Hoi An is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. I especially recommend a trip to the old covered market where you can get the best Vietnamese food, freshly cooked at really great prices.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

Fabulous, I loved every minute.

Fabulous, I loved every minute. I stayed at Emma Homestay 2 which was a great location. I was close to the Ancient City and lake with all the lighted lanterns at night. Great eating places and massage shops close by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
