Awesome place, location, location, location!! Free car park, amazing brekky included and the most helpful and friendly staff that we've ever come across in a hotel. Young guy at reception, very casual and laid back but came down two flights of stairs to the car park and carried both our suitcases up to the room, he insisted and they weren't exactly light, biggest smile on his face. Gave us some good lunch tips and where to go for sightseeing, gave us a copy of the google map and had drawn a route. Good value for money and room was immaculate, clean bed, clean bathroom, shower, you name it. Would come to Prizren just to stay here!! Oh and they make some of the best cappuccinos that we've ever had anywhere in the world!!

The hotel was absolutely great and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Prizren. I was staying in the top floor room, with my friend and boyfriend, and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. We had a common room that opened up to a big terrace, connected to two separate private rooms, which was perfect for us. The terrace overlooked the whole city and city center and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially on sunset and during the night. The apartment was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful through out all of our stay. The location was also perfect, as it was in walking distance from the center and anything we needed. We would definitely stay here whenever we go visit Prizren again!

All at the reception, and at the restaurant, the service is very polite and flexible. All places clean, no any disturbing smell. Inside and autside are beautiful, the parking is well (i think it could be good to take a mirror at the outrance of the parking). The breakfast was very good! And i very liked, that the receptionist are very communicative, polite but feiendly. Congratulation for all the team!

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The cleanliness and high quality of the facilities were superb, from the comfortable bed to the elegant toilet with its modern and powerful shower. The breakfast was decent, and the espresso was good. The convenience of free underground parking, including the option to park after check-out, was greatly appreciated. The location is also a major asset, being right in the heart of town and within easy reach of all main attractions and restaurants. Special mention must be made of Tony, who was excellent and went out of his way to help me when I had trouble finding the hotel in the old town. Highly recommended.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from, probably from the previous owner. The surroundings of the hotel Pure nature, three minutes by train from ABI ÇARSHIA. The rooms are a nice size, some with a balcony, very clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite has the best chicken fillet in the city, the owner father and son were really nice, we always had a coffee as a gift from the house. I'd love to do it again whenever I'm back in Kosovo.

We loved our short stay in Kosovo. Could have easily stayed longer, and this room was perfect. We had a view over the river, and could easily walk to the historic old town and up to the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!

When I arrived, I was automatically upgraded and my room was so comfortable with a view of the fortress. I loved the traditional style of the building and the location was perfect for exploring.

Pretty town which seems to be a bit of a transport hub given...

Pretty town which seems to be a bit of a transport hub given the sheer number of coaches at the bus station. Touristy, so that means souvenir gift shops, fast food outlets and general overcrowding. Fortress is worth a walk up. Not much else to do other than drink coffee and eat bakllava. Trip over the panoramic mountains into Albania is via a highway. The mosques are visually attractive too, especially when lit up at night. Impressive stone bridge over the river. Basically the town is worth visiting for a day and a half.

The view from the castle is excellent, but all the information boards in the castle have faded and you can't read them (the museum there is closed too) - so a little disappointing. The old town area is nice, but quite small and doesn't take long to walk around. Overall not too much to see, easily covered in one afternoon.

The old town is truly lovely, offering many of sights dotted around. Along the riverside there are a number of great cafes, perfect for a break with a cup coffee or tea. In the evening, the main town square and surrounding streets have fantastic atmosphere, providing a wide array of bars and restaurants to choose from.
