Great location and super comfortable beds! Large room with 2 double beds, with powerful aircon. bathroom had a bath and shower which was spotlessly clean. Secure parking area. Staff were helpful and friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and both have been very good experiences.

Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.

The service was impeccable. The receptionist went above and beyond. The bed was comfy and the linens were top class. The restaurant staff were attentive but not overly so. Checking out was easy and smooth. Very comfy stay, wish it had been longer.
