Hamid was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He arranged our transportation to and from Imlil, welcomed us to the Ossagou and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. He connected us with Mohammed, who took us on two fabulous day hikes. We loved the location of the Oussagou. It is away from the centre of town, set close to walnut and apple orchards. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Thank you for everything, Hamid.

We loved it. The riad was accurate to the photos. Newly opened and finished to a very high standard. The owner, Omar was attentive, friendly, happy to help, as were all the staff. We found the pillows a bit thick, so he took some of the stuffing out for us. It was spotlessly clean, warm with under floor heating. Food - probably the best we had in morroco. Great breakfast and we had dinner one night which was delicious and well cooked. He advised us on a trek to do, supplied us with a packed lunch and checked in with us later. He found out it was my birthday and even gave a little present! Definitely recommend. You will be well looked after. And the views from the rooms and rooftop terrace are amazing.

Ksar Sharma is situated in a fantastically beautiful location, surrounded by the stunning Atlas Mountains, and just over an hour’s drive from Marrakesh Airport. We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel and cannot rate it highly enough. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted warmly by Fouzia and throughout our stay experienced only the highest standard of service, always warm and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the suites and the accommodation was perfect with views to the olive trees outside and the mountains beyond. Even if it was chilly outside, there were heaters and extra blankets for the bed in our accommodation to ensure we were never cold. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day at the hotel and the service and quality of food could not be faulted. Both Mohamed and Jalil were always extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay at Ksar Sharma and would highly recommend this hotel for the fantastic location, as well as the warmth, friendliness and quality of service. We definitely plan to return.
