The Chems Bleu is a calm and sunny house that offers comfortable accommodation and amazing views of the beach and the port. The highlight of our Morocco trip, Chems Bleu is just the best. The staff is so helpful and sweet, Souf even saw that it was my partner's birthday when we booked the place and surprised her with a cake and candle during breakfast. Location is great (many cats near the entrance which is great since we love cats) and they help you so much especially if it s your first time in Essaouira. Stay here and you'll have the best trip!

He came to pick us up from the parking area, helped with our luggage, and explained every single detail related to our stay. The riad is beautiful 😍 the decoration is nice and the location is exceptional. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning place just 15 minutes from the heart of Essaouira, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. The highlight for us was definitely the heated swimming pool—a rare luxury in this area! Whether it was a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing evening swim under the stars, the temperature was always perfect. The setting was incredibly peaceful and picturesque. Our bungalow was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, serene environment—a welcome break from the bustle of the medina. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, with local produce, fresh breads, and amazing Moroccan mint tea. The on-site restaurant also offered an excellent selection of Moroccan and international dishes. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hosts Jeremy and Yousra were exceptionally helpful. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat with easy access to Essaouira, this property is the perfect choice. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return!

The staff is incredible friendly. Location is perfect and the rooftop terrace has a great view. Would stay here anytime again.

Owner lovely with little extras around the place like coffee facilities etc. drink and biscuit on arrival. receptionist - Leila ( i think is her name) helped me so much. My husband was sick, she helped me book an earlier bus ( in french) she rang the man to pick up the bags. We could leave our bags at reception and rest in the lobby. Other staff cooked lovely breakfast and you could see the house maids thoroughly cleaning the rooms.

What an arty and nicely decorated modern riad, in the midst of everything, yet very quiet. We enjoyed the nice rooms, the little fire place that was lit every evening and the beautiful roof terrace for the breakfast. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. It is for sure a place we can back to.

Το Riad Zawia βρίσκεται στην παραλία της Essaouira, σε απόσταση 100μ. από τον Κήπο του Οθέλλου και 3χλμ. από το Essaouira Assawak Assalam. Amazing view, excellent hospitality, very friendly owner and staff, and very accommodative. I arrived late and Abu Ali stayed up to welcome me, explain to me about the town, showed me to my room on the top floor, of course Moroccan tea and biscuits when I arrived. I’m definitely visiting again inshallah
