We stayed only one night, but the second we took advantage of their offer to travel to the Sahara, to Erg Cheggaga and spent the night in an authentic Berber camp. It included a 4x4 trip to the desert, camel riding, climbing a high sand dune to watch the sunset, the starry sky at night and welcoming the sunrise. ♥♥♥ The best thing about it all was the guy-Riad guide (sorry, I don't remember your name), who has experienced the Dakar Rally teams, has learned a lot of languages ​​just from interacting with tourists, whose company and conversations with him allowed me to get to know a little about the local culture, the love of the desert and to learn a few words in the local language. ♥ Thanks also to the skilled 4x4 driver

From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We were only here one night, but really loved our stay. It was nice to have coffee, washcloths, and a fridge in the family room. The garden area is beautiful and it was our best breakfast of the entire 12 day trip. We ate dinner there and the dining area is very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to cook gluten-free noodles that we had brought for my daughter.
