The staff is amazing. The man at the Front Desk works really hard and gave me an incredible help during my short stay. He managed to get my laundry done in 2 hours and that was super helpful. The two mans at the restaurant are also super nice, can’t expect more from them. Their effort is 10/10. All rooms have a nice view on the Lake Titicaca, and also the terrace is special. You may enjoy a nice beer/coke/mate de coca while looking at the incredible sunset on the Lake

The balcony with a view of the lake was amazing, as was waking up and seeing the lake through the large room windows. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. The location is superb. Plentiful hot water in the shower. We appreciated the in hotel laundry service. We will always be glad we chose Hotel Lago Azul.

Almost unbelievable how clean, well equipped and cozy this hostel is. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is more than generous. We were a little bit hesitant about booking because you have to walk ~15 minutes up from the town center, but trust me the silence and views totally worth it.

Great hotel, close to the center and the sanctuary. Room was spacious, clean, the bed really confortable. Hot shower and great pressure in the shower, you can also leave you bags to go to isla del sol. Breakfast is included, which i forgot and didn't had the time to take but they do bread, jam/butter, fruits, eggs and fresh juice with tea and coffee
