This has been our best stay in Sri Lanka without doubt. Renu is an incredibly inspiring woman, mother and co-owner who will do everything in her power to make your stay intimate, comfortable and convenient. She puts an umbrella in front of your door when it rains; she looks out the window to see how far you are to prepare breakfast; she brings everything to your table and removes it quietly. Not to mention the room, with its high double roofed ceiling that makes you feel like you’re in a nest on a treetop. It’s spacious, spotless clean (no sign of dump despite daily rain in Ella) and everything works perfectly, even though it’s literally a hanging cottage. The view from the bed/balcony is breathtaking and different every day, and you even see the famous train passing at your feet. DIGITAL NOMADS: we had quite good wifi, enough for videocalls most times of the day, but bring a sim card with data just in case.

Loved this accommodation. The owner and staff are both super nice and thoughtful. The accommodation itself is very well designed and very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for a sunrise hike up Adams peak. Loved the hammock to relax with a book and enjoy the views.

We are completely satisfied with our stay in Superview. We are warmly welcomed by the family and provided with good breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious and very clean. Water and tea was provided as well as towels and a hairdryer. The property is very well maintained. The host helps with the planning and implementation of excursions. He also has a vehicle. It’s almost on the top of the mountain overlooking Ella and you can see the whole place. If get the chance to have a clear skies the stars are awesome. We were traveling early in the morning and the hosts were so nice they even packed a magnificent breakfast.

Everything. The view is magnificent. The bathroom was nice spacious and clean. The bed were unique and cute. The food was so much, so nyummy made with so much love. We paid for half board We got breakfast and dinner it was just beyond and above exceed my expectations. and it was a lot I think I put 5 kilos since I have been holidaying I srilanka. The family just amazing and I would go down to the unique kitchen cooking with wood fire and made of mud stove. I love this family so much is like my adopted family in sri lanka. We came to Sri Lanka for our honeymoon this place was highlighted our stay they also made beautiful stone with our photos of us in sri lanka and it was making me cried how beautiful this family is. Imantha he is the best beautiful soul ❤️ who's always checking in on us. This cozy property has 3 rooms, with attached bathrooms in all 3 .. It is air conditioned and very well maintained.. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat.. The bed linens, pillows and blankets are white, clean and very cozy.. Lush green views from all the bedrooms.. Excellent breakfast served in the morning.. Janith and his family are extremely warm and hospitable.. We were a group of 6 and it was easy to get to Ella city center, a quick 5-7minute walk via a short cut to the restaurants and shops and we didn’t need a tuktuk.. We also walked to Ravana Zip Line and Little Adam’s Peak point from the homestay and hiked up.. Janith also helped us get a van/tuk tuk when required..

Hidden gem with amazing views of Ella rock, lush green hills and Ravana waterfall. Perfect breakfast with both lankese and western options, and plenty! Everything was clean and comfortable. AC works well, so does how water. Walking distance to the main road where all restaurants are, which we appreciated, as we prefer to be away from the noise. Owner has a tuktuk and picked us up from the train as agreed.
