Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view and the area very much, very close to a few dining options, and close to public transportation. The breakfast was extraordinary ( we enjoyed it so much that we overate and then skipped lunch). The staff was always very nice and eager to please. We will definitely try and stay in this hotel again.

Tip: if you will be arriving by car, let the hotel know in advance, and provide the car’s license plate as soon as you can (if it’s a cab, ask your driver and call the front desk). They will then grant access to the street, which is closed and gated. That way, it will be easier to carry the suitcases to the hotel. We were walking distance from Mamilla mall, many little restaurants, shops, markets, and to the Western Wall as well. Breakfast on the 11th floor is delicious, many choices of fruit, cheeses, croissants, breads… excellent.
