The apartment was clean, and check-in was very easy (done at the front desk). The metro and bus stations were both very close by.

Savo the Concierge was absolutely amazing. The entire staff did a lovely job. The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.

The property is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. Located close to the Center (an 18 minute pleasant stroll). Villa del Cigna offers you comfort, kindness, and beautiful rooms. Truly, the interior is gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic and recommended at least one day of your trip. There is private parking on the property. There is also outdoor seating for you if you want to lounge outside when the weather is fine.

. The location is outstanding, walking distance to the centre of town/Duomo, and 2 minute walk from the metro which is extremely convenient. The place is extra clean and the staff are outstanding , friendly and very helpful. Beds are very comfortable, and there is a fridge in the room with some water, soft drinks and beer, all free of charge. I can only praise this place and highly recommend it. No breakfast served at the guest house itself, but they do provide a 20% discount card to a really nice place for breakfast located just around the corner

This property was absolutely fabulous. First, the owner, Lorenzo, was awesome. He was very responsive and attentive to us from the moment we booked the place. He personally met us at the property when we arrived, explained everything we needed to know, and helped us with all our questions about getting around Milan, where to eat, and everything else we asked him. He always responded to us almost immediately. Exactly the type of property owner you hope to have when you book a place. It was wonderful to work with the actual owner, rather than an employee or management agency. Second, the property itself was beautifully decorated, had modern appliances and furniture, and all the amenities anyone could want. Outlets with USB ports was an unexpected plus! He also had the place fully stocked with food, candy snacks, fruit, drinks, cereal, bread, wine, and more, all at no additional charge. He also gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the cafe down the street, which was very much appreciated when traveling with a family of seven! There was an American coffee pot with regular American coffee, an espresso machine with pods, tea, and a French press. The beds were super comfortable memory foam mattresses, and plenty of linens, toiletries, and other supplies were on hand. The best way to sum up the place was it had virtually everything you would need if it was your own home. Finally, the location was amazing. Lots of good local restaurants nearby which had a local, non-tourist feel. The Duomo, La Scala District, and all the other important Milan areas were within easy walking district. Two different Metro stations on different lines are also both within an easy walk. We loved this place, and hated to leave. Thank you Lorenzo!

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. We are return clients and it's our top choice for a short stay in Milan. Our room was even better this trip. It was larger than most hotel rooms in Milan, with a balcony and a cozy seating area. Super central location, professional and courteous staff, and great design. Plus the in-house breakfast is a plus and super delicious. A shout-out to team member Lilibeth, in the breakfast room, who was went over and beyond with her customer service.
