The property, oceanside views and delicious morning cappuccinos hand delivered to our patio were just a few of the many reasons as to why our time in Ischia was so special. This is a hidden gem and we cannot wait to return!

Very well-positioned hotel - almost in the sea, clean room, balcony with amazing view, a small swimming pool, the terrace for breakfast/lunch/dinner is great, delicious food. The access from the bus stop/car parking is not very easy, but if you call the owner, he will come and help or he will send someone to do it. The staff was very nice, helpful, we felt as we were among friends. It is a simple and modest hotel, but in the same time, distinguished and special, at least for us :-)

The property is gorgeous, very well maintained, and has stunning views of Baia Castle, the Bay of Pozzuoli, and Mt Vesuvius. Our room was a good size, nice closet space, really spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space. Good water pressure and the a/c worked really well. The bed was comfortable and the room was simply decorated, but had a full length mirror, plenty of outlets, a kettle, mini fridge, tv, hair dryer, etc, and was very clean. Breakfast is served in the gorgeous cave-like restaurant and was good but nothing special; no hot food, but very typical Italian spread. There is a lovely lounge area too. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were all so attentive and friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best customer service I've experienced... anywhere! They even helped us order food to the hotel one night. We loved having drinks on the 3rd floor terrace every evening, enjoying the view. Just something to note - there was an event every night (weddings, I believe). This made no difference to us. There was always still a parking spot for us, twice there was live music (that we got to enjoy), and fireworks. Nothing lasted too late (maybe ended around 11pm) nor interrupted our sleep. The staff, even though there was so much going on, were still attentive to us. It's honestly a beautiful place to have an event! But if something like that might bother you maybe ask the hotel if how many events there will be during your stay. One other thing, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone else... you definitely need a car to get there. We were already familiar with the area, so we know what it's like, but others may not. There are not restaurants or shops in easy walking distance. But you need a car in this area in general anyway. It's totally worth it for the gorgeous view!

We asked for assistance with dinner reservations, and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at a nearby 'sister' hotel. The pool is gorgeous, the grounds picturesque and tranquil, and the room was comfortable (for three adults and a toddler!) and extremely clean. Breakfast was delightful. We hope to return someday in the future!

The true star is Christian who is an amazing host and made us feel at home. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, amazing at what he does. Stay here and you will be looked after very well. There are a small number of rooms so it never feels busy.
