100 out of 10 in cleanliness😎 The property is very modern and very clean , has an underground secured garage, Nespresso machine with a fully equipped kitchen. Turkish coffee was provided. The staff are super responsive. The moment I booked I received a message with all information needed to access the property on my own. We wanted to pay by card so a nice lady met us the next morning at the reception. We are a family of 4 so was the perfect choice for us. Less than 5 minutes walk to the city centre which was perfect to explore and have dinner and not to worry about parking or driving there.

I had an amazing stay at Apartment Bistrik! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town, which made exploring the historic streets, shops, and cafes so convenient. There are a lot of museums and tourist attractions nearby within walking distance. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the service from the girl with the blonde hair who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Apartment Bistrik to anyone visiting Sarajevo!
