The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room/apartment was very nice as well with a great balcony and an incredible view of the North face of the Eiger. If you come for a sporting event like I did, such an apartment is the best choice given your possibility to cook, relax and not subscribe to any meal schedules imposed by the hotel. The apartment had everything we needed to live there for basically a week, only occasionaly relying on the town's restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed! Felt so homely, absolutely everything you needed. And the views are insane! I even enjoyed washing the dishes, looking out at the glorious alps. Dorris was so easy to communicate with, check in was easy. Fantastic location in regard to public transportation. Train and bus station within walking distance (both at the terminal). Where there is also two of the cable cars a small supermarket and a few specialty shops. There is also a bus stop maybe 50m from the apartment which gets you around the rest of the town. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Dorris even had a welcome pack of some beverages and chocolate for our arrival.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay.
