Everything was great and it exceeded expectations: the room is beautiful, the bed - super comfy and we loved the view. The facilities are new and super clean and stylish - our best stay so far in Sicily! Also, Federica was very nice and kind and offered a lot of tips and recommendations. Maria and her family are the most helpful hosts I have ever met. The house is wonderful, cozy and decorated with great taste. Ideally located in Modica, the centre and its attractions only a short walk away. There is a free car park area nearby. I definitely recommend to spend at least a few days, because this house invites you relax, unwind and embrace the slow living style of one of the most beautiful areas of Sicily. Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, amazing beaches and a peaceful, quiet countryside are all within easy reach; this place will spoil you with options to discover and enjoy the history, the architecture and the amazing landscape of the area. Huge thanks to Maria for making me feel so welcome, her precious advice made my stay more enjoyable than I could have possibly ever imagined.

We LOVED everything about this place. This was the most beautiful house we rented in Sicily this summer. This place is insanely beautiful. Big white stone villa, with HUGE and well maintained swimming pool. The apartment is large. With two separate bedrooms and with big comfortable living room. Emanuele is a great host. Smooth communication, easy going, with lots of attention for their guests needs and with full list of recommendations of good restaurants and places to see. The best experience - night swimming under the palms, with a softly lit house in the background :) Highly recommended!
