My upstairs suite was absolutely stunning looking over a beautiful river and the Andes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was very generous with the best coffee I've had in Peru thus far. I absolutely loooooved the decor and the bathroom was beautiful, large and filled with beautiful indoor plants. Highly recommend Spirit of the lodge for anyone looking to spend some time in the sacred valley.

Hello, this suited our budget needs for value accommodation since we are long term travellers. Sergio was helpful and even offered a short term luggage storage. The room was warm and bright with shelving that allowed for organizing of items. As well, despite being in a city no audible sounds of traffic noise. I would strongly recommend for the budget conscious traveller.

The breakfast was very good and satisfying. Always served with a smiling face. Bilma is very friendly and a fine host. She was very helpful in every possible way. She is always around to take care of every need. The property is very good looking, very clean and well maintained. Well located. Walking distance to the historic center. We were sent a video to collect the keys from the key lock on arrival. Worked really easily. Great communication throughout. Apartment had everything we needed. Clean. Perfect location - very close to the centre but not in the tiny cobbled streets part. A water pipe burst while we were staying and the communication and quick response to this was all great.

The property itself is lovely, check-in easy, staff very friendly and helpful, my room was warm, spacious and self-contained with a kettle & fridge so I could make my own beverages and snacks (discovered this isn't offered in all hotels in Cusco). Cold Breakfast for each day is delivered the night before and if you want a hot breakfast, you just order it in the morning. The location is brilliant - I could walk everywhere I wanted to to site-see and go to great restaurants and shopping in San Blas - a 5 minute walk away. Great restaurants nearby like Jacks Cafe & GreenPoint. Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable and bedding really good quality and warm despite the cold mornings and nights. I will come back in a heart beat to stay here.
