Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Parking is easy, many electric chargers. Access by using the key safe helps not to stress if you come from far away. Very unique property with a natural pool, sauna and hot tub. Stunning garden. Such a relaxing place to stay. Plus our ‘receptionist’ Charlie the dog was a much loved character. Breakfast was stunning, a table laid just for you continental style.

This is primarily a cross country ski (langlauf) resort and the house is perfectly placed to rent equipment, walk straight on to the track behind the house and walk five minutes to good restaurants. The Kirchmaier family are long term locals and can advise on any aspect of the area. The house is very well appointed and excellently maintained. This was my first stay here - three other couples staying there were regulars and all were on their fifth or sixth visit. I will be back.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The host (Manni) made us feel so welcome from before we even arrived, with prompt replies to messages we sent. He quickly showed us the equipment we could either hire (at a very reasonable cost) such as e-mountain bikes, or borrow for free (e-scooters and paddle boards). We wanted to try lots of things so this was perfect for us! The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with stunning views! There was a coffee machine and breakfast items which could be purchased at a reasonable cost, and a communal lounge area where other drinks etc could be purchased and games could be enjoyed. It was my birthday while we stayed and Manni gave me an Austrian prosecco and wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We were really sad to leave here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Spotlessly clean and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Very spacious and well-kept rooms. The friendly owners made sure that there was fresh bread every day. I recommend to everyone. I will return there soon with great pleasure
