I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely Boutique Hotel! The most caring and lovely staff, rooms are super modern in a bright and cosy design, located in a very peaceful street and the subway and coffee shops just a few steps from the hotel. I stayed in many 5star hotels around the world, most of them could learn a lot from the outstanding friendly team at the Collect Residence. They have the right attitude, everything possible and nothing a problem! I can really recommend this fabulous hotel in Budapest!

The place was brand new. It was very clean with anything that you would need for a short or a long stay. The area was close to the city center, for me it was walkable, but also the public transportation is next to the apartment (bus) or 8 minutes away Metro and tram. I walk rebook the place without thinking it twice.

Clean, spacious apartment, all the necessary equipment is provided. Nice cozy balcony. Check-in was easy, staff responds to messages swiftly. Apartment is located near train/bus/tram stations, great for commuting, city centre is close, yet the place is quiet and calm.

The hotel is in a good and quiet location. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We read from other reviews that you could hear the people from other rooms and that the walls were like paper, but we found the hotel very quiet. Some rooms have a washing machine, and we asked to be in such room, which was helpful to us. We chose the hotel as we had a 10pm flight and wanted to leave our luggage until late afternoon on that day.. Since the weather was very hot, we asked the stuff if we could take a shower in one of the rooms in the afternoon before our flight. They said they could arrange something if the hotel was not fully booked on that date. We returned to the hotel in the afternoon to collect our luggage and managed to freshen up in the toilets that were located in the lobby, which were spacious and very clean.
