Super nice staff, always trying to make sure your stay is perfect. The room was exactly as how you see it in the pictures (if not better). Everything was very neat and with high-quality furniture. The building is great, clean and looks very new. Self check-in is very easy and practical! We arrived late at night and left the car in the underground parking for 250 czk (open 24hr). It is cheap considering your car will be safe and secured from bad weather. Some comments say the parking lots are small, but I think it was just like any other place in Europe. They accept card only if you stay at least 7 days, less than that they only take cash, but we payed in Eur with current conversion. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary.
