Kotor old town is really nice, but staying in this place made it really special for us. It is a beautiful place with an amazing view of the bay. The pool is the highlight. If you want to have the full experience of Kotor spend onw night out of Old Town in this nice villa and you will never want to leave.

Terrace was so large with an AMAZING view. Local dog Max walked into Kotor Town with us, nice story to take home with us

The hosts were incredibly hospitable, generously sharing fresh eggs, homemade treats, and their warm company. It felt like staying with family – a rare and memorable experience.

The units include a desk. Great location. Just a few minutes from the old town and the beach. The propriety is in excellent contrition, everything looks new. It also has everything I needed. My room had a view to the mountain. Also, the host Luka is very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay.

If you value genuine hospitality and an amazing view well this is the place for you. Anna and her sons Vladimir were amazing hosts. They have a Paddle board rental that guests can use for free. An amazing jetty to swim off, and a huge balcony to sit out on. What a lovely safe place. Anna also kindly washed and laundered our washing as we were traveling throughout montenegro 🇲🇪
