The view is amazing and everything is in walk distance. It's a perfect starting place for hiking, cycling or just relaxing by the water, drink coffee with a view. I truly recomend this place.

Jenny's place was like finding water in the desert. Her place is extremely comfortable, and it has everything that you need for a nice stay. The bed was very comfy, which made all the difference as we were tired from biking. It's the perfect place to stay if you're doing the Kattegat Path. Jenny also helped us by calling the company that was bringing our luggage to her place. I don't speak Sweden and was having a hard time contacting them. Jenny figured everything out for us. Medvik Högalid es un alojamiento que está en Strömstad, a 11 km de Daftöland y a 35 km de Fortaleza de Fredriksten. One of the best, if not the best accomodation during our road trip -we stayed at ca. 10 different places in total over ca. 2 weeks (incl. some allegedly 4-star hotels) so we feel we have a good baseline. Whilst there is a bus stop across the street, you need a car to be able to commute comfortably to this location from Stromstad. The flat itself is well-equipped, excellently arranged and designed with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. The bed we used (there are two probably king-size beds in the property) was comfortable and we really liked the neighboorhood. We also enjoyed the balcony in the evening as the weather was excellent and the relaxing sound of the neighbour's water element was a great way to wrap up a tiring day. We would definitely return and recommend this place to others - keep up the good work!
