Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. We stayed very short time at the hotel and during our stay everything was perfect. They have nice open buffet dinner available in the Lime restaurant and it is a very good value for money. I recommend it.

Huge spread of breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Leo and friends very attentive to customer need. We were offered special custom made breakfast which very delicious. Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of emerging commercial hub and primer residential area in South Jakarta, 2.8 km from MRT Blok M and 3 km from MRT Blok A. The staff is simply excellent. Their attention to details specially during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast is so good with a big Indian collection. One staff member asked me if I am coming back for breakfast the next day. When I said yes, he offered to get an Indian dish made for me. The next day, when I had completely forgotten, I saw that I was served that dish when it was not even part of that day’s menu! How did they manage that. The quality of rooms is good. The WiFi is excellent. Everything is so good here. One of my best experiences ever. I will surely use this hotel exclusively on every visit going forward.

Very comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Very polite staff, very willing to help in every matter. 10 minutes drive from the airport. As we left very early didn’t have a chance to attend breakfast but I’m sure it was perfect too.
