Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond. This stay felt like home due to Mahima's leadership and the team's dedication to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is very beautiful, superb design, clean, the staff are amazing and very understanding of all our questions and concerns. The attention to detail in this hotel is seen everywhere, and the hospitality is unparalleled. The breakfast was excellent, with so many options to choose from and order, with both cold foods and hot foods. Every day we had something new. I liked the dosas, the tea, my son had a specially made Mickey Mouse pancake, and I appreciated the home made pastries which were much better than what I can usually buy from high-end coffee shops. The rooftop terrace (with restaurant) is such a beautiful oasis, and during the day the rooftop pool is open for kids and hotel customers. My son has many teddies/soft toys with him and every day the cleaning staff was arranging them so nicely on the bed. Beautiful hotel and fantastic hospitality. It was above and beyond what I was expecting, seriously one of the best!
