Given a high floor room with an epic view of Merdeka 118 and the city. Nice swimming pool. Our house keeping was excellent. Room is well designed with alot of USB charging ports. Easy walking to many eating options. Self service laundry on-site. Local icecream available at breakfast was yum.

The breakfast wide variety, the facilities especially outdoor park, mini waterpark, kids club was very lovely and my daughter enjoy it to fullest. The staff were very friendly especially I'm Malaysian and of course I'm speaking Malaysia, they love to speak Malaysia with me. Some other hotel around KLCC their staff refuse to speak Malaysia eventho they are Malaysian. The staff very lovely attend all request from me and my children. They are very helpful and kids friendly. Thanks Four Points by Sheraton KLCC.

Absolutely fabulous hotel , a proper 5 star experience as it should be. No complaints whatsoever , all staff amazing and oh so helpful. Totally delighted. I’m from the U.K. and have had a bad experience of a Sheraton there, this is exactly the opposite and sets a top level of standards and service. Thank you for delivering a fantastic experience
