We stay here a couple times a year, the staff are extremely sweet and hospitable. The facilities are great and we have a lovely time staying here. Proximity to the Haram isn't as much of an issue as the shuttles are punctual. Being located next to a shopping centre and the mosque also make this an ideal location for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Mecca. This time what compelled me to review the stay was Raghad at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on arrival and made sure the process was seamless.

I liked that the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I previously stayed at another hotel where the air conditioning did not work and due to the reason. I changed my hotel.
