The rooms are cleaned everyday (unless you ask not to). There is a dedicated bus that runs every hour (or less sometimes) that takes us to Masjid Al Haram. Also there is a free Meccah bus nearby (number 6 if I remember) that takes you to the Masjid Al Haram too. There is a beautiful mosque nearby, and a supermarket and other shops and businesses.

Our stay at Sheraton hotel was very pleasant, the premises, as well as our room were well kept and clean. The staff was always professional, helpful and nice. Breakfasts were phenomenal! And last but not least, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
