Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. The location to haram was great just the construction adding to the distance, rooms were always clean and staff friendly. Only thing I didn't like was their food. The food was not too tasty

We stayed in amiri suites which is very wide and its overlooking the sea. The location is perfect that you can only walk to the corniche.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I faced a few minor issues during my stay, but the staff handled everything so professionally and helped me in an amazing way. Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel 🌟
