We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Lovely location, clean and nicely designed rooms, attentive and pleasant staff, delicious food, great pool & sauna area, affordable. All in all, this hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise and we plan on returning.

Everything exceeded expectations on an exceptional scale. The location was stunning, the breakfast delightful, and the sun terrace a perfect spot to relax. Perfect location, Pertisau has so much to offer. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed with the dog, and it was very good.
