We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. I want to thank Sylvia for her kindness and helpfulness. Our two dogs got attacked by two unleashed dogs. Sylvia did everything she could to help us and find a veterinarian (which wasn't easy because in was late Saturday night). She must have done at least fifteen phone calls and finally managed to reach a veterinarian who was able to help us. Sylvia is an amazing person and she does her work with her heart. Staying there made me feel I was like a queen. The room was very nice and spacious and as it was nice surprise to find the pool in the backyard as it was very hot day. Landscape is breathtaking. I highly recommend you visiting here.

This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.

This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.
