The view was spectacular! The host was kind and helpful and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to make dinner. We had a lot of fun visiting the old towns around the lake and enjoyed several hikes. It was a great base for exploring the area too! We took the train to Zurich and Rheinfalls and drove to Vaduz, all easy day trips.

The location is great (walking distance to the village center with supermarket, few restaurants and charging point for electric car). We had several mountain walks with amazing views in the area (Sulzberg). Moving around is convenient (bus stop next to the house with free hourly bus going to Bregenz where you can take boat or train to travel around the lake). Appartement is very spacious (we were a family of 4 with a couple of friends visiting us for few days). Very clean and modern; amazing views from the terrace! Swimming pool is very clean, with few sun beds.

Both apartments are really comfortable for families, the upper one is definitely worth the slightly higher price. Mr. Schlemmer was really kind and nice, providing insightful tips and info. Even though it snowed, the road was clear and did not need to use snow chains - but that's extremely weather dependent.

Everything was great. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and offered us a taste of local spirits. The floor where our room was had been renovated, and the room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower and bathroom. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, and the breakfast was excellent as well.

The apartment's location is perfect when travelling without a car. All the things you need are just next to the apartment: grocery store, coffee place & bakery, two playgrounds within 5 min walk and bus stop. The place is modern and clean, located at the top floor.
