Everything was clean and beds comfortable. Staff is helpful and very kind. Breakfast is amazing. Definitely a place to stay if in Kärnten.

The apartment is spacious and impeccably clean, with a charming view looking over the whole lake. The breakfast consisted of wide variety of tasty foods and drinks. everything. The lake view is amazing , the apartment is modern , spacious, furnished with taste and equipped with everything for cooking, cleaning, ironing. It is in a silent enclave but at 15 min walk from the centre of Velden. Velden is beautiful , well maintained and clean.
