The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

The accommodation was modern, clean, and very well equipped. Parking was available right next to the house. We appreciated the private entrance and the private terrace. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the city center and shops. The main train station was about a 20-minute walk away.

Lokation is ok, it's not in the center but we came to Villach for skiing so it didn't matter. Apartment was well heated by the check-in time which was a Pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing beforehand. It also has floor heating which is really nice. Location, near to the cable car. Andrea very helpful, answered all questions. We had coffee, tea, toilet paper, sugar, salt, dishwasher tablets...all ready for a comfortable stay. Home baked cakes on arrival!
