We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! Lokation is ok, it's not in the center but we came to Villach for skiing so it didn't matter. Apartment was well heated by the check-in time which was a Pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing beforehand. It also has floor heating which is really nice. It's very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities

The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Very cozy, cute and clean apartment No. 6. with all the necessary equipment and very clear instructions. Although we arrived late at night, we checked in very easily. Very neat kitchen with all the utensils. Great bedding in the bedroom. The shower with toilet is also very clean. A comfortable sofa bed was prepared for the children. We highly recommend it.
