Ana & Pico and all the staff were marvellous. Everyone was so helpful. Room was perfect, shower and mattress were excellent. Breakfast was marvellous and evening dinner was excellent too. We came to see the Alps but we would come back tomorrow just to stay in Papill'on again.

Very nice and well organised chalet with everything necessary for a few days of skiing, just a few minutes walk from the ski lift. Highly recommended.

the place is really beautiful, the accommodation extremely comfortable , the decoration and the smells are gorgeous , the employees are helpful and extremely friendly. the restaurant is great too with very refined cooking. simply put , you get a palace standard for a 4 star price. just incredible

Excellent location and well furbished apartment. The rooms are all spacious, with each of the three bedrooms having storage. The two bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen appliances are all brand new, the lounge/dining room is more than ample for six, and the decor is great. The photos really don't do the apartment justice. I would definitely stay at the apartment again and would have no hesitation recommending it. As for Julie, she was a great host. Very responsive with all communication and provided lots of information.
