The views from the room are simply awe inspiring. The staff with their warm smiles and friendly nature went out of their way to exceed our expectations. The dining options, though limited were prepared with great care and tasted lovely. The cakes made by them were especially delicious. The host received us amazingly well. He provided us with a bus pass for the duration of our 2 night stay. Lovely people and super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room had an amazing view with balcony. The bus station is 20 meters away. Strongly recommend this hotel.

We came to this cosy place 2 minutes before a huge thunderstorm, so it became a haven for us. And it offered the peace and quiet we needed.

It is a very nice place to stay if you're exploring the Berchtesgaden area. I loved the location. The room had everything I needed. It was very cosy and with an exceptional view from the balcony. Will, hopefully, stay again sometime. Public transport conveniently takes you to the Alpenpension and from there to anywhere nearby. By the way, the public transport is free! (if you're staying a night or few in the area). In the Alpenpension, you get access to a fridge, tea, coffee, and a few drinks, if you want some (have to pay additional for those, but the prices don't bite at all). All and all – great! Would definitely recommend!

The room was very big and comfortable for me and my partner to stay for one night, and the place just near by the river and such a amazing view from the mountain full by the snow on the top, and when you open the window, there have a subtle fragrance, will be back in the summer! And the breakfast was amazing !
