The Hotel was very nice and clean. We read some negative comments about the staff before we arrived regarding people that are not from Itlaly, and can say that these are 100% wrong. All of the stuff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Me and my girlfriend were late for booking halfboard 2 times because we only booked with breakfast, and the stuff always looked out for us and made it possible. In my opinion, the facility and the stuff are everything you expect on a wellness vacation.
