Alice was very helpful, showed us the apartment and how everything worked in the apartment, gave us an orientation. She answered all questions, had emergency numbers available if needed. She was, kind and wonderful, very personable, and spoke English too, since my Italian is limited. The room has everything you would need it is quiet, walking distance to the duomo San Matteo, wish I could stay longer. Check out was very easy, as is checking in.

Staying at hotels when travelling with a large family (5 children under 11) can be tricky, but Hotel Europa Residence is perfectly equipped, with a two bedroom, three bathroom apartment (plus sofa bed in the reception area) on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a lift. We arrived late at night and the staff were SO kind and accommodating, the apartment was immaculate, warm and perfect for us. Breakfast is delicious and the staff continued to go above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. I can’t recommend the pretty town and perfect hotel highly enough!
