Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Lovely well-run hotel in very convenient location just a couple of minutes walk down to Ortisei town centre. Large, comfortable bedroom with smart ensuite bathroom with excellent shower. Wonderful breakfasts, including lots of home-made pastries and cakes. Friendly, welcoming staff.

It was in a good location with a bus service going to town. The room was in a good size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good size of bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast, patisserie and prepping fresh every day and a good selection. The evening meal was very good and not over priced. And the bar and terrace was nice place to relax in the evening.
