Brand new hotel with a very nice design. SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.

El personal del hotel un 10,. La habitación que tuvimos con dos baños y cocina fue estupenda. Las camas muy bien. El hotel está andando del remonte que lleva a cara sombra, pero para ir a cara sol subes por el pueblo que está al lado y hay dos remontes dentro del pueblo

LH Suites Aparthotel - NEW since 2025 está en Saalbach Hinterglemm y tiene restaurante, acceso a pie de pista, una terraza solárium con piscina y desayuno buffet. The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.
