Very quiet area, beautiful surroundings, good sized and very clean room and bathroom. Staff very helpful.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Location of hotel - very near the train station, accessible to all , Our room had a balcony with great view of the mountains and breakfast is healthy, yummy with all kinds of cheese and yogurt.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room. Very good location, tastefully arranged rooms and common spaces, excellent breakfast, very nice employees.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. It was great how close this place was to everything! I really appreciated that it was so easy to get to the mountain with my ski gear. I also really appreciated the staff support, they were always so kind and welcoming.
