Having the mountain "to ourselves" once the chairlift closes felt very exclusive. Kai the host couldn't do enough to make our stay special. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They were very attentive to our trip as well as our excursion to the mountains and helped us figuring out the best way to spend our time there. The food was really good, which we needed after a long day out. The hotel has a playground which was very well used by our kids.
