The staff were very friendly and managed to get our room ready for an early check in. There is parking on site which is very convenient. They showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage. They also were kind enough to drop us at the ferry terminal in lierna.

The views on a way are amazing. The owner is very kind, the apartment spotless clean equipped with everything for cooking. The balcony is overlooking the beautiful and well kept garden with roses and olives trees as well as the Como lake on one side- so beautiful views and atmosphere. The bed is comfy and dogs nearby didn’t bother us with barking as we expected. We recommend this apartment for those tired of touristic places and would like to return one day.

The apartment is just 3 minutes from the train station, yet located in a quiet and peaceful building with easy access. It’s compact but has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host was incredibly thoughtful—Ivana stocked the place with water, basic food, even first aid supplies, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. She also provides clear, detailed check-in instructions, including videos, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Everything was super clean and well organized, and communication with her was flawless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the small terrace with lounge chairs, where we spent our last afternoon reading with the sound of birds all around. There’s a public beach and a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. We slept deeply and in total silence every night. We truly felt at home and cared for. Highly recommended!

Everything is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet there are excellent restaurants just around the corner. Parking is very easy — there are free public parking spots right nearby. Great value for money — highly recommended!
