really good and helpful staff. the breakfast and dinner here is crazy good, and the dinner prices are cheap! the location in maby not the best, but the hotel has 2 restaurants, a spa, 2 pools and everything else you need. we stayed for 2 days, and we had no reason to go in to the city when everything we needed was at the hotel. this hotel is perfect for a short stay if you just want to relax. but it’s also a good option if you wish to go into the city. the rooms and interior in this hotel is so nice and may be one of the best looking hotels we have visited! and if you love tennis, they have a tennis court ;)

The staff at this accommodation are just wonderful, nothing was a bother, they organised a haircut and nail appointment, a late check out, car park for our car etc abd were just so kind and friendly. The room was huge and comfortable, breakfast delicious. Thank you 🙏

I had a fantastic stay at Adriatik Hotel, BW Premier Collection. I stayed in an executive room and loved the spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and the balcony with a beautiful view. Every staff member was warm and attentive; special thanks to Ali and Erisa at reception, Lume and Xhane for keeping my room immaculate, and the pool team plus the gentleman managing the beach area and sunbeds: always friendly and professional. I also highly recommend the SPA: Anjeza is excellent at what she does. Traveling alone, I felt perfectly looked after while still having my privacy - a great balance. I even extended my stay because I loved the whole experience and I hope to return soon.

The apartment was spotless and comfortably spacious, perfect for our family of seven. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, with maintenance staff regularly cleaning the surrounding area during the day, which keeps everything well-kept and tidy. Villa itself was incredible, even better than the pictures, one of the rooms even had a Jacuzzi! We were a group of 10 guys travelling for our yearly football tour. Villa was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was great and easy. All staff were extremely helpful. There is a nice restaurant next door, we didn’t rent a car so location was a bit tough having to taxi everywhere, but the kinda staff gave us a short free ride (we gave a tip after) to the nearest supermarket so we could buy a few more beers.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Durrës! The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A big thank you to Niku – communication was excellent, fast, and helpful. He was always available, kind, and ready to assist. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
