Most of all, I liked very kind, hospital and attentive team of the hotel. It is clear that there is very good management and they take care regarding their employees. The food is excellent, the breakfast is one of the best, which I ever had. The products are high quality and you can feel it. The dinner is also excellent, the service, everything.

Excellent, new hotel, within walking distance of the Planai west cable car and the center of Schladming. The wellness area has 3 saunas and a relaxation room. To be inside the warm pool in winter surrounded by mountains covered in beautiful snow is absolutely like being in paradise. The architecture and the design are of an exquisite taste, and the gentleness and kindness of each one of the workers makes the stay a perfect experience. The breakfast is incredibly special and each bite is delicious. The terrace was gigantic and the apartment very spacious. We appreciated the comfort of the bed, the wide corridors in the apartment, the permanent snacks and drinks next to the reception and pool, the wide elevator, the hygiene. It was pure perfection to have had the honor of staying here. We cannot wait to come back!

The location is super central and the property was newly renovated. The spa facilities were great. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. We had a mountain view room with a cute balcony and the property also offers summercard.
