Spa Hotels in Kaltenbach

Fantastic rooms and spa center with nice facilities and ambience. Very delicious food in the restaurant, we loved the cake and coffee time in the afternoon.

Everything was great! -Huge breakfast window from 7.30 to 10.30, early bird or otherwise - you will have your continental breakfast one way or another. Breakfast had everything you need for the morning: tea; coffee; freshly cut vegetables; cheese and sausage cut selection; eggs; 3 types of yogurt; different muesli; fruits; all sorts of jams; honey; Nutella; different kinds of bread, both sweet and usual. -You were also allowed to take food to your room, get a takeaway from the restaurant which was literally 5 meters away from the hotel, so you could come there with you slippers. -Location is amazing, 7 minutes walking with snowboard boots and your board to the ski lifts. The supermarket and a gas station were also very close, 5 minute walk, so you can get whatever you need, whether it would be toiletries, or snacks. -Hotel also has quite big skiing/drying room, so that you can leave your boots and other things to dry. There is also a huge covered parking available if you are coming with a car. -Staff was extremely helpful. I had a late check-in and an early check-out, no problems there, both took me literally 30 sec each. Everyone was speaking English so I had no issues communicating. The staff made it feel like this is a family hotel, as everyone was so friendly. -Room was clean, bed was soft enough to have a good rest, room even had a TV, which was all in German, but still, better than nothing. Hot water was available at all times, which is not the case with some other hotels. Room also had a heater, and it was always quite warm in there. This was the biggest thing I was afraid of, as I was coming from a hot Cyprus island, but I was not disappointed a single bit! -The spa facilities were great! You get sauna, steam thingy and infrared room, clean showers, work out room, great balcony with an amazing view.

The staff was very friendly, we were well received and they took our anniversary into account by decorating our bedroom and the dinner table in the restaurant. The facilities were also very nice, such as the sauna, steambath, rooftop pool and the resting area.

Everybody was so welcoming and kind. Specially Anton and Anika were super great and helpful! I can't thank them enough. I have gluten intolerance and they were absoultely great finding some alternatives for me. The food was amazing. Anton was so kind to give us an exceptional room, it was beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy. Pool was amazing. We had a lovely time! Thinking about coming again soon.

Absolutely perfect.. From the manager until the cleaning lady, and the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very kind.and professional. Everything is clean, the rooms are modern and outstanding.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous spa and pool. Lounge, bar and restaurant all excellent. Close to train station.

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.

A wonderful holiday in the Alps. The hotel is amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean . The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains. The SPA included two pools, four saunas, and relaxation areas. Everything was arranged conveniently and comfortably. The food was delicious, and every day the chef surprised us with new culinary delights. I’d like to mention that soup was served for both lunch and dinner, and in five days, it was never repeated once. The hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to Mone at the reception, who helped us plan our daily hikes in the mountains. 😊
