The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

The hotel is brand new. I like the room with big windows and mountain views and a balcony. The room is spacious, beautiful and cozy.
Spa area is a nice place to relax after skiing.
Breakfasts have big variety of food, we didn’t need more.
Service is great, people are hospitable.

The staff is mega professional!!! Any issue is resolved quickly. The service is almost =) perfect. Thank you.
I also want to note the SPA, which is also simply wow. Swimming in an outdoor pool with a view of the mountains is a service that not every hotel will provide for more money. Many types of sauna. Massage. A beautiful lounge with a fireplace and delicious cocktails.

I love the place,
Very clean & spacious room
Clean bathroom
I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere
The bed was comfy
Lovely and friendly staff
Free parking space with electric car charging stations
Nice breakfast
Amazing Spa area
The garden and the view on the golf field are breathtaking
Very good location, few minutes walk from the lake and from Karwendel Bergbahn cable cars
I didn't try the restaurant for dinner as it was closed during my stay

The accommodation was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable large bed ideal for two couples. We really enjoyed rich breakfast and dinners. The hotel has large SPA facility that is available anytime for the hotel guests and you can stay as long as you want. Staying in the hotel was very relaxing experience and with the beautiful area of Achensee lake and mountains all around it made our holiday unforgettable.

Location - location - location…views, swimming in the lake, breakfast on the waters edge , balcony overlooking lake, restaurant views, beautiful gardens - SPA is one of best I have ever been - 4 saunas, wet room, hot tub overlooking lake, pool you can swim in and outdoors to, multi layered relaxation areas - amazing walks and bike rides in the mountains behind

Superb location, easy to find, easy to park. It’s 5 mins walk from the ski lift, also from the see. Staff is very friendly.
The room is standard, but clean, with balcony. Nice warm in the winter.
The food is superb, exceptionally good and culinary. The breakfast is awesome.
The spa and wellness is well equipped, multiple saunas and a jacuzzi (whirlpool).
