Superb, very nice hotel, everything was perfect, breakfast was the best ( other reviewrs were right) . But pools in the hotel were just great, garden is little oaza,it was very nice. Parade around the lake super, restaurants, ice cream, paddle boards- few minutes from the hotel.

A beautiful villa on the very shore of the lake. An incredible experience and a positive breath of some other, old times while experiencing the feeling of charm and luxury from 140 years ago. An excellent and varied breakfast for which you need to set aside at least an hour with beautiful view to truly enjoy it, of course with the inevitable glass of cold champagne. Special praise to the managers in the restaurant: the great and experienced Darko (an example of what a restaurant manager should be) and the beautiful and perfectly professional Silvia. I also must not forget Claudia who runs the reception, great and focused, always ready for professional advice.

impossible to describe the style of this hotel. it is a mix of old and new, funky, bright, stylish, and arty. we loved the use of tiles and stencils in the corridors. Bedroom 222 was big and bright. Restaurant has a great choice of dishes including Thai, pizza and grilled meats. Great value and superb service. Big parking at back of hotel and friendly check in.

An excellent, spacious, and clean hotel. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. The breakfasts are delicious. The nearest ski lifts are just a five-minute walk away. The hotel has two parking options: an open-air lot for €1 per day and an underground garage for €8 per day. In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. Additionally, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, you'll find excellent restaurants, a souvenir shop, two hypermarkets, and a thermal complex. The staff were amazing. We had planned to leave our bags at the hotel the morning we arrived and instead they very kindly rearranged our rooms so we could have a room that was available ! Spa and pool was wonderful, very relaxing, clean and we had a great time. Location is decent, short walk to the lake and super close to bus stops. Very special hotel, only wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Breakfast offer was one of the best ones we have experienced in a very long time. Huge variety and lot of healthy alternatives. SImply amazing. Spa section was also really nice. And we enjoyed also pool area.

Stayed in september for two nights in the ground floor garden view spacious doble room. Plenty of pillows. Great choise at breakfast, fine dinning. Very kind personel. Lots of parking places. Room to store bycicles (locked). Free entrance to the public beach with a special card.
