From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome by all the staff we met. The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice for each course and served very professionally. The room was modern and clean and the pools (indoor and outdoor) were very much appreciated on a hot day. Being served a glass of something cold whilst sitting in the hot tub is something that will always be remembered!

Hotel Samerhof is a very convenient and quiet property, offering a very good breakfast and having friendly and attentive staff always ready to help and assist with anything you need. SPA area is a real surprise, offering 3 different saunas, thermo lounge chairs, showers and fresh air room, while the whole area is impeccably clean. Great benefit of Samerhof is offering of SKI depot to use near the main lift. Check in was pretty quick, and Mrs. Anna and Mr. Elias welcomed us with a very positive attitude and a huge smile. Mrs. Denise from the restaurant area is very attentive and will solve any concern or need you have. Mrs. Evelyn at the front desk is very professional and understands what hospitality really is. The manager is always present, working together with his team, and at the same time being available and taking care of all the guests and the property in general anytime - a sign of a vision, dedication and professionalism.

    The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

    Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

    Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment
