The staff were wonderful, very kind and gentle. They called every day to make sure everything was going well and to check if we needed anything, which made us feel really cared for. A special thanks to Leman Sabuhi at the reception, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. She truly did her best to make our stay comfortable and smooth. It's a very nice clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. The location is a bit far from center but the taxi is easy and cheap. We did rent a car.
